Ian takes an epic journey across Sri Lanka taking on the tourist attractions of stilt fishing, climbing Sigiriya The lion rock, tea plucking in the hills, meeting traditional brass makers and staying at the weird and eccentric Helga's folly. He also takes a walk on the wild side with the death defying toddy tappers and the Galle fort rampart divers. He visits refugees displaced by Sri Lanka's ethnic war, spends the night camping out in the Udawalawe national park surrounded by elephants, winds up on a Bollywood movie set and rounds it all off arm wrestling a street food legend in Colombo.
